Hello and welcome! This blog aims to be a resource for exploring what it means to live well.
To me, wellness doesn’t mean that we are completely free of symptoms. We all will experience ups and downs. Do we have the wisdom to learn from our challenges, be they physical, emotional or spiritual? Can we move through them with grace and ease and still maintain a deeper sense of wellbeing? Are we well enough to live a creative, purposeful life? Well enough to be of service to and engaged with the people in our lives?
These are questions that will flavor the posts in this blog, which will run the gamut from philosophical inquiry, general questions about acupuncture and Chinese medicine, recipes for delicious, wholesome food, and herbal medicine.
